A little about our Organization

Wistaria Chapter #531 is located in Turlock, California. Our members include women and men who are affiliated with the Freemasonry Family. We are committed to creating an accepting and friendly environment that promotes the enduring principles of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth and the core values are Friendship, Community Service, Diversity, Charity, and Patriotism. 

Our goal is to offer a welcoming environment of fellowship created by individuals who implement innovative ideas, facilitate positive changes, and plan for the future using Mutual Respect, Service, and Membership Activities.

Each member commits themselves to self-improvement and attempting to live by the virtues of our Order - Fidelity, Constancy, Loyalty, Faith, and Love. Though our teachings are based on the Bible, the Order of the Eastern Star espouses no religion. Our emblem is the 5-pointed Star which reminds us of the guidance we receive from our Creator, the 5 virtues of our Order, and for many of us, the Star of Bethlehem.
